Herizal Hazri, Advisor to the Secretary General of the Higher Committee of Human Fraternity (HCHF), participated in the High-Level Roundtable held as part of the Global Tolerance and Human Fraternity Conference on 4 February 2026. The Roundtable brought together intellectual and religious leaders as well as policymakers.
Discussions focused on the importance of moving from theoretical frameworks to practical implementation, by exploring ways to employ artificial intelligence within ethical and human-centered frameworks that safeguard coexistence, addressing negative narratives , and strengthen digital trust among diverse communities.
The outcomes of the Roundtable reaffirmed that artificial intelligence represents a global ethical challenge as much as a technological advancement, underscoring the collective responsibility to ensure that AI serves humanity and reinforces the values of human fraternity.
