H.E. Ambassador Dr. Khalid Al Ghaith, Secretary-General of the Higher Committee of Human Fraternity, joined NYU Abu Dhabi for the opening of the Kalima Experiential Library, highlighting the vital role of youth, dialogue, and shared stories in advancing human fraternity. Reflecting on the initiative, he emphasized that “every person carries a meaningful story, and through empathy and listening, we strengthen our sense of belonging.” During the visit, His Excellency also listened to the “human book” “Change of Heart” delivered by Dr. Aisha Al Naqbi, Senior Dean of Students. Their exchange embodied the spirit of the Kalima Experiential Library an open, thoughtful dialogue rooted in respect, curiosity, and the shared pursuit of greater understanding.

The Higher Committee of Human Fraternity and the Emirates Red Crescent Authority signed a Memorandum of Understanding aimed at enhancing joint cooperation in promoting the values of human fraternity, supporting community development, and strengthening the culture of tolerance and peaceful coexistence. The memorandum was signed at the headquarters of the Higher Committee of Human Fraternity in Abu Dhabi during the Tolerance Event on 17 November 2025, in the presence of distinguished dignitaries and attendees

HCHF and University for Peace Sign MoU to Advance Global Education and Human Fraternity

The Higher Committee of Human Fraternity (HCHF) and the United Nations mandated University for Peace signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) at the Palais des Nations, Geneva, advancing global cooperation in education, peacebuilding, and human fraternity. The signing ceremony brought together diplomats, academics, and international representatives to promote tolerance, coexistence, and dialogue among cultures and religions — in line with the vision of the Abu Dhabi Document, signed in 2019 by Pope Francis and Grand Imam Dr. Ahmed Al-Tayeb.
